Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the full amount is paid through Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe only and never stored by the hotel. Prices are per room per night in euro, final, and include the tourist tax.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Refunds go back to the card used.

Check-in and house rules

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. The door code is personal and must not be shared. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Damage caused by a guest is charged at cost.

Personal data

„РЕДИКС 2008" ООД (200453878) is the controller of your data. We process your name, phone, email and ID document details to fulfil the booking, to issue the door code and to report guests to the national tourist register (ESTI), as the Tourism Act requires. Data is kept for the legal retention period and is not used for marketing. You can ask for a copy or deletion at [email protected].
